What you need:

3/4 pound Boneless Skinless chicken breast, cubed1 teaspoon seasoning salt1 teaspoon mustard powder1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper2 boxes great northern beans, drained1 tbsp olive oil1 Cup dry white wine2 cloves of garlic, minced1 onions, minced1/2 teaspoon salt4 cups baked tortilla chips1/2 Cup nadrobena Monterrey Jack cheeseHandful of cilantro

How to do it:

Place skillet over medium-high heat; oil heat. Add diced chicken, sauteing it, while the pink gone chicken is placed in the bulb glass.

Place the garlic and onion in skillet and cook until they are soft. Remove the skillet from the burner, add the garlic and onions to the reservoir of chicken and place the chicken, garlic and onions in the crockpot.

Add wine, seasoning salt, beans, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Cook for 5 to 6 hours over low heat.

Serves for tortilla chips. Add garnish of cilantro and cheese.
